Our villa is fully furnished with elegant Hawaiian-inspired decor that perfectly complements its tropical surroundings, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Just a short stroll down Hotel 1's stairs, you'll find the white sand beaches of Puu Poa, Hanalei's Bay and across the street is the famed Hideaways Trailhead, Fort Alexander's bluff, as well as access to tennis courts, golf courses, and scenic walking trails that wind through the picturesque community of Princeville. Wonderful villa in an unbeatable location! The villa had everything our family of four could wish for. We loved walking down to the beach, having coffee/lunch at the 1 Hotel next door, and watch the sunset and the unforgettable views of Hanalei Bay. Lynn takes hospitality to a whole new level with proactive communications, local recommendations and very thoughtful gifts. We highly recommend!

I don’t know if there are words to describe our satisfaction with our stay at this beautiful villa. From the prime location, to the pristine accommodations, to the over-the-top thoughtfulness the hosts showed from the moment we booked, this is truly the hidden gem of Kauai (not just Princeville). We have been coming to the island for 14 years and decided to deviate from Poipu and venture to the other side of the island. What a great decision, and so much of it had to do with the property and Lynn and Damien’s hospitality. From the personalized bottle of wine and robust welcome gift basket and hand written note, to the early and late check out accommodations that were granted so graciously, all the way to the soft toilet paper, this was hands down our best VRBO experience or all time, and we have traveled all around the world and stayed in many accommodations. If you’re thinking of booking, please do yourself a favor and do it!!! It will be the best experience. Plus the villa itself is so beautiful and well stocked and decorated. I could go on and on. These hosts are one in a billion. They genuinely care!! We will for sure be back.

This is a very special place run by very thoughtful hosts. I have never felt more welcome and comfortable in a short term rental home. I honestly didn’t want to leave! The owners have prepared for all of your possible needs. My family of four had plenty of space and privacy. The quiet location is fantastic with wonderful views outside of each window. The beautifully decorated, immaculate house is even more impressive in person than in the photos. There are a few different picturesque beaches and gorgeous ocean views within walking distance. On our last day we snorkeled at Hideaway Beach (across the street) and saw several turtles. There is a shopping center about a 10 minute drive away with a nice market, shopping, restaurants and Lapperts ice cream (which I also definitely recommend). This home is truly a gem and we look forward to returning.
