Kia Ora and Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.
Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space
A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to large front windows look out to Queenstown, Kelvin Heights, Lake Wakatipu, Walter Peak, and the Remarkables.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Please let us know your desired configuration when booking.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with a standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, Smart TV and views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with kitchen appliances: freestanding dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, 2-slice toaster and, rice cooker.
Standard Configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds
Bed Configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed
Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, and bathroom.
The Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!
It is a very quiet neighbourhood centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Distance from nearest supermarket: FreshChoice Queenstown, 64 Gorge Road — 1.8 km
Distance from Queenstown Airport: 8.5 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 1.2 km
Distance from The Remarkables: 24.7 km
Distance from Coronet Peak: 17.1 km
Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: External only. 14 concrete steps from driveway to entrance.
Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (180 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

Great location, although located up a very steep hill, so if you’re intending to walk everywhere, it’s quite the hike! Full kitchen and laundry was a great benefit. Easy to self check-in. No free-to-air TV, so you’ll have to sign up for local TV via apps on the smart TV’s.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was situated for us to be able to walk in the market and access our tours.

Enjoyed the well appointed apartment with lots of fluffy towels and bedding.

The apartment was reasonably clean and well located. However, there were multiple items in need of repair or not in good condition, including the primary bedroom side table was so wobbly that it could barely stand, the pocket door to the second bedroom was broken, the couch had stains/a small rip. The washing machine also stained several pieces of our clothing.
