The Space
A two-bedroom apartment, made up of a one-bedroom and studio apartment, in the Pounamu complex on Frankton Road.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, both with ensuites.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both of the bathrooms have a shower and bathtub combined.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, and Smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee machine, extractor fan.
External: There is a balcony attached to the living area within apartment 'A'.
Standard configuration:
Bedroom 1 (A): 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2 (B): 1 King Bed
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.
There are two underground parking bays for you to utilize with a height limit of 2 meters.
The Neighbourhood
The Jade Apartments (Pounamu complex) sit right on Frankton Road, with Lake Wakatipu and the mountains across the road and an easy, level walk into the heart of Queenstown.
This two bedroom apartment is made up of a 1 bedroom apartment (A) and studio apartment (B). Both apartments share an entrance but are not internally connected via the bedrooms.

Distance from nearest supermarket: FreshChoice Queenstown, 64 Gorge Road — 1.7 km
Distance from Queenstown Airport: 6.2 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 1.2 km

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: External stairs from underground parking to access apartments. Apartment A has small internal staircase. Apartment B has no internal steps.
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

We had a lovely stay. The view from our apartment looking over the lake and the Remarkables was just stunning! A 15 minute walk to the City centre was great! Highly recommended, would definitely stay again!
