𝗥𝗮𝘂𝗺 𝗳ü𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲 – 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘇 𝗳ü𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘀
Our vacation home, newly built in 2023, was designed specifically for larger families. It accommodates up to 12 people (up to 8 adults and 4 children) and leaves nothing to be desired:


𝗩𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗳𝘇𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿:
First floor: An accessible bedroom with a queen-size bed, extra-wide door, closet, mirror, and armchair.

Attic: Three stylish bedrooms, including a large family room with a king-size bed, bunk beds, and a walk-in closet; another family room with a queen-size bed and bunk beds; and a bedroom with a king-size bed and a crib.

A second travel crib can also be provided upon request.

𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗴, 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we’ve prepared everything for you:

A kitchen for food lovers:
Fully equipped for 12 people with high-quality appliances, such as a BORA induction cooktop with integrated range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and much more.

Luxurious bathrooms & restrooms:
Two full bathrooms:
- First floor: Accessible bathroom with extra-wide door, toilet, shower with bench, and hair dryer.
- Attic: Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, corner bathtub, and hair dryer.
Two guest restrooms:
- One in the entryway
- One in the pool area.

Note: Please bring your own towels—we do not provide them at the vacation home.
We provide bed linens for the number of guests booked. Please note: Double beds are intended for two people. If you need additional bedding (e.g., because you’d prefer to sleep separately), please bring it with you.

Pool area: Extra-large walk-in shower—also wheelchair accessible.
Hand soap and toilet paper are provided.

Living area: Electric fireplace in front of an elegant Stucco Veneziano wall, smart TV, and a large dining table for the whole family.

- Underfloor heating for warm comfort.
