Great location— very convenient. Very nice and helpful staff.
Noisy. Shower of our room had a door to the balcony that had a layer of algae growing in water.

The staff and particularly the manager were excellent. Our room on the first night was very noisy, where the bars under the hotel stayed opened until 2am - due to the courtyard the noise was amplified. I wasn't aware of this before booking and made a complaint.
From then on the manager, María, dealt with the issue exceptionally well. She offered us free breakfast, to change our room to a quieter one (which ended up being bigger), accommodated a late check out and did little things that made us feel heard and appreciated as customers
The rooms are pretty noisy, and it goes on until very late into the night. See above for more information.
