The hallway was very dirty with big dirt balls mixed with hair
The shower temperature takes too long to warm up, I waited at least 10mins to let the water warm up. The toilet missed a toilet brush for cleaning.
The bed was not solid, the maintenance team should monitor these things and ensure the bed screws are tight enough so at night we can sleep comfortably. The minibar was never replenished, even when I asked the front desk, I was informed otherwise. Then I get to the 10th floor to an empty mini bar! It was very disappointing in comparison with the previous time.
