Stayed at Platinum Royal Excellency recently and had a very comfortable experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained with good amenities. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. A good choice for both business and family stays. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
