Would not reccomend to anyone.

Nothing.

The aircon was really loud didn't really work. When I had to check out I told the lady 5 minutes and we will be out and she made me wait nearly an hour in reception before she was back to give my deposit and collect the keys. It was unfair as I had somewhere to be.

Overall, the apartment clearly needs renovation and proper maintenance. We would not return or recom

The location of the complex is very good and convenient. The building itself and the overall area are nice. The air conditioner worked well and was comfortable — it cooled the room properly and did not blow directly onto the bed. The washing machine, fridge and microwave also looked relatively new and in decent condition. The bed linen and towels were clean.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very disappointing and not worth the price. It costs more than many similar places nearby but offers much less comfort and maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable — you could feel the springs, and the bed frame sticks out about 15 cm beyond the mattress. Because the room is small and full of furniture, we kept hitting our legs on it. The bathroom design is very strange. The toilet can be seen from both the bedroom and the corridor because the windows were not covered at all. We had to hang a towel ourselves for privacy. Later the staff taped the windows, but it was still see-through and the tape quickly started peeling off. The shower curtain does not reach the floor, so the whole bathroom floods after every shower. The floor becomes extremely slippery and dangerous. I contacted the staff, but they were not willing to help. There was not even floor wiper, so we had to search for it and buy one ourselves. Due to constant water and poor maintenance, there is already visible black mold in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a major issue. Shelves and drawers were too dirty to use, and the walls and even the ceiling looked unclean. We spent the first two days cleaning the apartment ourselves. When we cleaned the washing machine filter, we found an unreasonable amount of dirt and hair. Also all cleaning and laundry services cost extra.
