Uncomfortable, would not recommend it

Spacious apartment in the middle of the historical centre

Self- checkin instructions were incomplete, so it took an hour to enter the building. Proprietor was unavailable by phone. Once in, it was very hot. Can’t blame anybody for that since it was august, but to put polyester sheets on the beds in that heat was very unwise and therefore uncomfortable. Also, we reserved for 5, but the fifth bed wasn’t made, and there were also no curtains in that area, so not very private.

Bellinzona is an incredible place to visit and this apartment is ideally placed in the centre to visit the main town and

Excellent location. Very comfortable rooms and the general feel of the apartment was great. Well equipped.

We had to contact the company because on arrival there were dirty towels outside the bathroom. Although they responded quickly to our message it took about 2 hours for someone to arrive to take them away. Parking is limited and a reasonable distance from the apartment

Superb flat right in the middle of town

This flat was excellent, starting with the location right in the middle of town. It was huge, stylish and bright thanks to the large windows on both sides. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped. We particularly liked the "reading room" overlooking the inner courtyard. We highly recommend this flat.

We couldn't get the local TV channels to work, so we stuck to YouTube and Netflix instead. The Wi-fi was a bit weak in the living room. we weren't able to get the bathroom heater to turn on.

Overall, I had a superb experience and sincerely appreciate your attention to detail and hospitality. I would not hesita

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay — from the kitchen amenities to the cozy furnishings. I was also very impressed with how easy the check-in process was, and how clearly the instructions were provided. The location was truly ideal — close to major tourist attractions, restaurants, and local shops, which made it very convenient to explore the area. It was also very easy to find, even for someone visiting for the first time.

Only the Parking.
