Lokacija je savršena, dvije postaje metroa su na 5 minuta hoda. Nadalje, na nekih ste 15 minuta hoda od Eiffelovog tornja. Oko apartmana je puno dobrih restorana i kafića. Odmah do ulaza u zgradu je prodavaonica koja radi cijelu noć. Apartman odgovara opisu na Booking-u. Vlasnici su bili vrlo ljubazni, uvijek na usluzi, komunikacija je bila izvrsna. Vrijednost za novac je apsolutno pogođena.
Blizina metroa je takva da se određeni nivo buke uvijek čuje. To nam baš i nije puno smetalo. Lift je vrlo malen, jer je zgrada stara, tako da je transport većih kufera na drugi kat moguć jedino ručno.
