The contact with the booking agent through WhatsApp was efficient and quick.
The property is very clean.
The PIN number was provided. How to unlock the front door to the room was not provided. I was forced to return to the lobby after struggling with the digital lock. I asked the concierge for assistance and he gladly came back up to the 23rd floor with me and proceeded to explain how to open the door step-by-step.
No clothes washing detergent was provided. Even though there was a clothes washing machine /dryer on the premises.

Fairly large airy rooms.
One one key was given for 4 persons staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. Additional keys required an additional deposit. Difficult to manage when some persons decided to go to different places at different times. We all had to return at the same time.
During our 9 day stay, no cleaning of the room was provided. No sheets or towels were changed during the period of stay. Only 1 bath towel was provided per person....no smaller size or face towel was provided.
