L'accés est très facile . La situation géographique intramuros est top : quartier calme très proche du centre et des animations. Le gîte est très fonctionnel et nous avons beaucoup aimé le patio, top pour un repas en famille en extérieur.
Le gîte est très propre et très bien équipé.

the property had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom particularly was not clean, nor were the bedrooms as there was a lot of dust under the beds. The additional bedding sucgh as duvets were soiled so unable to use them. There was a small blanket that was used instead as the nights wee cool. There is a small window over the bathtub with the dirtiest screen and window sill I have ever seen, including lint and lots of hair.
None of the mosquito nets were able to be used. All were broken and not able to be kept in place.
There were no night lights on the bed side tables, except some fairy lights. i complained to the host who provided us with two battery operated night lights.
One sofa that seated max of 2 persons was available in the living room, and the accom sleep 4! No other easy chair, just the dining-room chairs were available.
Thankfully to having had very warm weather, we sat mostly in the outdoor space for out meals.
Only strong and bright white lights on the ceilings of all the rooms. No side lamps, nor reading lights in the living room.
Regarding the cleanliness of the property, I believe it is expected for the guests to clean the property before leaving. We left it tidy, but before each guest arrives a proper deep clean is needed when one is renting the accom and charging a lot for it.
