Strategic location, well connected to the metro network.
Large apartment and excellent housekeeping .
Humidity on days of heavy rain and a non-windowed bath.

Quieter area of Shinjuku, but quite far from the main Shinjuku station. Washing machine with detergent was great.
Only minimal cutlery and crockery provided (1 set of knives, forks, spoons and a bowl per person, no plates or water glasses) and also no drying rack for laundry. Very small bed and a little noisy with neighbours upstairs.
