Piękna natura!

It is a nice place which has a fire pit and BBQ. Kayaks, my son, loved using on the lake and ample room for the kids to enjoy themselves outside when the weather agreed. Inside was updated, modern, and nice. Has a nice covered outside sitting area.
The booking.com description did not mention a house boat that shares the area with the place. Thus we were a bit surprised as coming in with younger kids we had to observe them during the stay. Not sure if the website was at fault or it was not posted properly but just writing this so others are aware when booking. And also the hot tub is heated by wood, it was at 42c(107.6F) and took time to cool down which was OK however even though there was product in there the water did not look sanitary so we didn't end up using it, which was a bummer :(

Miejsce samowystarczalne , domek nad jeziorem , z dostępem do linii brzegowej, pomostem. Mieliśmy wrażenie posiadania jeziorka na własność :) Duża działka, w jej górnej części domek holenderski, nowy, wyposażony we wszytko łącznie z suszarka, pralka, żelazkiem, zmywarka. W domku czysto. W domu wyspa kuchenna z widokówek na całą działkę i jeziorko. Sypialnia główna i malutka sypialnia z dwoma łóżkami piętrowymi, raczej dla dzieci. W kuchniosalonie rozkładana kanapa. Łazienka nowa i czysta. Na tarasie podgrzewana balia - gospodarz uruchomił nam ją i ogrzał domek , chociaż przyjeżdżaliśmy o pierwszej w nocy. Przy domku częściowo osłonięty taras. Fotele wypoczynki itp. W dole kilka wysokich drzew , malutką plaża przy niej sauna i kolejna balia oraz hamak nad wodą na upalne dni. Piękne okoliczności przyrody. Na działce dwa miejsca na ognisko z przygotowany drewnem. Dwa grille z przygotowanym węglem. Dostępne kajaki, kapoki i rowery Trampolina i huśtawki dla mniejszych dzieci.Hustawki nad wodą. Wszystko gotowe do użycia i w cenie pobytu. Można też wynająć pływającą barkę ( więc na obiekcie mogą być dwie rodziny, ale wszytko, poza sauna jest podwójnie więc nie ma konkurencji) Gospodarz dostępny pod telefonem, w zjawia się w ciągu kilku, kilkunastu minut. Bardzo dobry kontakt nawet w przypadku niefortunnej sytuacji. Najbardziej podobało mi się to że poza standardem, wszytko było gotowe by uprzyjemnić nam wypoczynek. Super miejsce na tygodniowy wypoczynek z dzieciakami. Ciekawy rejon do zwiedzania, ale można też zaszyć się nad wodą. Zakupy czy jedzenie w Żninie . Niedaleko Biskupin. Parkowanie na terenie obiektu.
Trzeba bardzo pilnować mapy, bo dwie z trzech dróg prowadzących do obiektu są nieutwardzone. Pod prysznicem cofa się smrodek z kanalizacji, pewnie do poprawy. Na razie nie ma bramy więc nie da się luźno puścić zwierzaków. ( Ale obiekt jest ogrodzony z 2 stron, trzecia to linia brzegowa)

The property is very clean and modern. Nice space to hold a lot of people, with space for activities and comfort of living.
Location is beautiful, fields around, lake at the foot of the plot. With swallows flying all over.
There are two properties on the plot, one at the ground and second moored at the lake. You will share the sauna, though hot tubs are private. If you would like total privacy this is not the option.
Property is not fenced.
For the amount of people (7) even though the property would support that amount was quite crowdy.
