Kind stuff! All of them were very kind and helpful!
It was clean! Breakfast was good! Location is perfect with easy access to everything!
The high tax that was added to what I could see in booking.
I couldn’t see it as a hotel. It is more like some rooms from an apartment.
Not good wifi!

Centrally located, small hotel, close to two metro stations
Very helpful, friendly staff who gave us a reasonable rate for a driver/excursion, made useful recommendations and also helped us find a nearby doctor
Decent-sized room, quiet, with complimentary fruit and water, very clean
Value-for-money.
Decent breakfast
Wi-fi worked
Bathroom had a sub-par shower which trickled water

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are visually appealing.
Hotel entrance is in a weird alleyway which can be very off putting at first. Rooms are not soundproof, and you can often hear people talking in the corridor. Bathroom is tiny, and the bathroom tap water seems unclean and has a slightly sticky residue. View from bedroom window is not the best. And the elevator is
old at around 90 years old but still works.
Also, didn’t appreciate the fact that majority of the reviews on Booking and Google seem fake.

"Location was great and exactly what we wanted. It was a super cute property with antique feel but still clean and nicer"
