Great location, but the apartment itself was not properly maintained.

Location.

The condition of the apartment was not acceptable, especially given the price point. The apartment did not match the photos shown online and was below the standard being advertised. * Broken chair and visibly worn, run-down furniture * Dirty, old rug that had clearly not been properly cleaned * Stove did not work at all * I was locked out of the apartment because the keypad battery died, which should have been checked in advance since it is the only way to access the unit * The balcony and exterior glass were visibly dirty with streaks and had not been properly cleaned While the team was responsive when issues were reported, these problems should not have been happening in the first place and should have been identified during inspection prior to arrival. For approximately $10,000 per month, the apartment should be in excellent condition.
