DISASTER EXPERIENCE!!!!!
Nothing
Absolutely Disgusting – Filthy Property, CCTV Inside & Appalling Management
One of the worst and most disturbing accommodation experiences we have ever had.
We booked this serviced apartment in Chennai expecting a clean, hygienic and reasonably maintained place. What we found on arrival was absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable.
The apartment was filthy, unhygienic and badly neglected. The toilet and toilet seat were disgusting, with visible dirt and staining. The walls, floors and edges of the rooms had accumulated grime and stains. The photographs we took immediately after check-in speak for themselves.
Even more concerning, we found CCTV cameras located inside the apartment, including in the living room and bedroom. Finding a camera in a bedroom was extremely alarming and made us feel deeply uncomfortable about our privacy. Guests should be clearly informed about any surveillance equipment, particularly anything located inside private accommodation.
What made the situation even worse was the behaviour of the staff and management. When we raised our concerns, instead of dealing with them professionally and apologising, we found their attitude rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful.
This was not a minor housekeeping complaint. Between the filthy condition of the property, our serious privacy concerns regarding the indoor CCTV cameras, and the way the staff and management dealt with us, we considered the accommodation completely unsuitable for our family and could not stay there.
We have raised a formal complaint and requested a refund.
Had we known the true condition of this property and that there were cameras inside the living accommodation, we would never have booked it.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property check the latest reviews carefully and clarify the CCTV arrangements before booking.
⭐ 1/10 – A disastrous and deeply concerning experience. We would never stay here again.
