We noticed how bright & clean the room was when you walk through the door.
It was convenient for our proximity to the Marine Atlantic Ferry to Newfoundland

Convenient, comfortable bed, nice staff. Very nice to allow us a late check-in and easy parking. New shower- very clean.
Bare room with an annoying exit sign light near the door. The heater and refrigerator were very loud, but we were able to turn them off.

Location is close to the highway and nearby restaurants
A/C unit did not work well and made lots of noise. Should be updated.

Comfortable beds. Clean.
On property access to coffee, particularly within our room, would have made our stay much happier. We did not even have a glass for water. The heating system was quite loud when running. The attached restaurant which we were relying on for meals was closed for the duration of our three day stay.
