The breakfast operation has improved since the last stay and feedback. Noticed there is a set of new staff managing the station and the food display is more acceptable vs the last visit in September. It's good the hotel has taken feedback positvely to improve. Special mentioned of few staff who had made the stay more pleasant , Rosalina in Zest Restaurant and Lawa at the Front Desk. Keep it up and I shall return.
The availability of EV charging station and the notice on how to book. There is only 1 charging station and the station has been booked by a car for the next 2 days leaving the guest with no options.

Rooms were newly refurbished and clean. Aircon was strong and water pressure was good. Every staff is so friendly and always ready to help.

I like the room and the location. We booked the club room. I got lounge access after showing the room description on Booking to the front desk officer.
The breakfast was just ok.
The front desk. She just gave me my bank receipt upon payment. No official receipt. Some guests were given a welcome drink. I didn't get any. I just helped myself to the bahulu sitting on the counter.
