Nice and clean apartment in a good area, close to Atocha and metro. Everything was working, the shower was great! Enough space and kitchenware for small breakfast for two.
Bed linen was not right size, we needed to fix them every morning and still the covers were pulled out of the mattress during the night. The company sent alltogther 11 messages via Booking, reminders and meaningless messages even though we had checked in via the app. When I tried to ask something twice, they didn't answer anything. :D Possibly bot, possibly ignorance, who knows. If you want personal service, choose something else.
Also it was not possible to load more than one door opening app so we needed to stay together all of the time or then leave another one to the apartment without the possibility to come back alone.
