Very comfortable 2 room bungalow with a private deck and plunge pool, which was cleaned regularly while we were there. Table and chairs and 2 loungers on the deck. Very quiet setting. Parking for your car right outside your door. Although no restaurant is on site there is a book providing area restaurant recommendations. Bungalow has a well stocked kitchen. Staff was very nice.
The beach had no seating, which for seniors meant sitting on the sand (not easy for some). There was one small sign on the road, which is hard to see, especially in the dark. Once you turn into the driveway there is a T intersection with no signage to say which way to turn.

Beautiful new and modern villa with everything we needed for a few days. The staff were available to support when needed. Location to the beach and the sand bank where sharks and rays were was amazing and the free hire of the kayaks was a great addition.
The property is listed as having an outdoor pool but it wasn't clear that this is only if you book one of the villas with a pool so this was disappointing (just be aware of this) but the beach made up for it. We also didn't have a car (and no scooters were available - so do book in advance if you want to hire) and although there are restaurants nearby, there are no street lights and most places are a 20 mins walk (Holy Delice do a free shuttle fyi) and we found taxis to be quite expensive for short distances (note there is an agreed cheaper rate to/from the ferry). It would therefore have been great to have some bikes available to use.
Overall a great stay and highly recommend but ensure to hire transport and note the lack of pool in garden rooms.
