Five minutes from the spa resort of La Bourboule and the ski slopes of Mont Dore (free shuttles), at the start of multiple hiking trails in the Massif du Sancy, 300 from the Parc Fenestre which is a magnificent wooded area of 12ha, part of it is set up as a playground for children, come and recharge your batteries in this recently renovated 75 m2 townhouse on 4 levels located 50 m from the Dordogne. You will find all shops and activities nearby without using your car which will be parked in a free parking lot.
On the first floor, an entrance with changing rooms, storage for ski equipment, a washing/drying machine.
On the 1st floor, a large living room with a large table, 8 chairs, an electric oven, a microwave oven, an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, a pellet stove (30 kg of pellets per week included in the price), electric heating in addition, a lounge area with sofa and a TV, a bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet.
On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a small wardrobe, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140, a large wardrobe and a cot, a bathroom with shower, a sink, heated towel rail and toilet.
On the 3rd floor, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and shelves and a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 singles.
Each bedding is equipped with a duvet, a blanket and pillows.
