Our vacation farm is located in a wonderfully quiet and sunny spot on the Spree floodplain between Bautzen and Malschwitz, and thus right just outside the entrance to the UNESCO Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape Biosphere Reserve!
The vacation farm features two vacation apartments and a vacation house.The “Landblick” apartment on the upper floor offers approximately 90 m² of living space, including 3 bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—accommodating up to 8 people, as well as a kitchen and a living room. It is accessible via an outdoor staircase and a platform lift. The “Wellness” apartment on the first floor offers 72 m² of living space; it has 2 double bedrooms, 1 kitchen-living room, and 1 large sauna room, and can accommodate up to 6 people. The “Landhaus Oberlausitz” offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across approximately 180 square meters, accommodating up to 10 people, along with 1 kitchen and a living room with a fireplace.
On-site costs: - Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer to the account at dkb; Account holder: H. Schulz, IBAN DE30 1203 0000 1053 2067 75. - Please note that the reservation is not considered confirmed until the 20% deposit has been received in our account within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. - Pets allowed upon request; price: €7.00 per day - One baby crib/extra bed; one-time fee of €7.00 - A security deposit of €200.00 must be paid on-site upon arrival. - Included services: Initial supply of bed linens and towels; use of the ping-pong table, swing, pedal go-kart, royal chess, and badminton.
