About this house rental
This peaceful and beautifully decorated house within a short drive to old town Fredericksburg. The property features 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, and two twin beds (one is a trundle that can be pulled out if needed). The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a screened outdoor seating area with a private view of the woods. There are three full bathrooms, with the one off the primary bedroom equipped with a heated bidet. Guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the local sites in Fredericksburg, or get in touch with nature by walking the extensive private trails. Enjoy amenities like high speed WiFi throughout the house, three tv’s with loads of FIOS channels and includes one with Apple TV, a washer and dryer, a designated and fully functional office space, and a two car garage with openers. There is a game room in the basement with a pool table (or convert to a ping pong table), TV, and a popcorn maker for enjoyment. Include in the basement is a longe area with a bar, TV, wood stove, and a half bath. Horses are located next door and can be visited during your stay. Please let us know if you are interested in bringing your own horse and we can check availability at our facility.

The house was so incredibly clean. Gorgeous home, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Very serene. Our favorite part was the kitchen/dining/living room combo! Perfect spot with our 2 littles to play board games after a long day of sightseeing. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Very, very spacious home. Every room was such a treasure. These owners obviously care very much about hosting. It had absolutely everything you could need. Will absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!

Large secluded house. Many seating/conversation areas. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very homey feeling. Close to the city and historic areas in Virginia.

If you're thinking it's spooky going down the unpaved Lucks Drive, you have nothing to fear. Unless deer and owls spook you out. The place was clean and well equipped. We would have loved to have used the screened in room and the outdoors but it rained during our stay. The large poker table perfect for our Strato-Matic baseball game. We were there for Fredericksburg and Chancellorsville during Memorial Day. I would recommend you stay here as Glenda was very responsive and the place is lovely.Thanks for allowing us the visit.Ray
