The Douglass House is an absolute hidden gem in Key West! The property is lovely, with a quaint pool area that feels peaceful and relaxing, and the thoughtful touch of coffee and tea available 24/7. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff and customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special, and that personal touch made all the difference. We would absolutely recommend this charming little oasis to anyone visiting Key West!
