Accommodation was very clean and well kept. Good location for getting tram/bus in to centre. House was warm and the kitchen facilities were ample. Bathrooms were also very good - there was always one free and multiple showers to choose from. Comfy bed. For the price I paid it was great value. Would have happily stayed longer if the price per night didn't increase after 4 days.
Road noise. It's a pretty busy street and the windows are single glazed without a good seal so you hear the outside pretty clearly. I had a poor night's sleep first night and probably would have for the following days if I hadn't purchased some earbuds. The rooms facing away from the road presumably don't have this problem.
Very minor but there's quite a lot of food products in the kitchen and its difficult to know if any of it (such as coffee, condiments, vegetable oil etc) is for communal use.

Very clean and quiet, the perfect stay for a work trip. The host Haroon was extremely acccomodating
I cant complain about anything to be honest

Really good comfortable accomodation. Impeccably clean, even the shared bathroom. The owner was so helpful and attentive and willing to do anything to help. I had a really great stay

Very clean accommodation, including the shared bathrooms.
Very good location.
Key collection and check-in arrangements were very well organised.
The shared kitchen was very well equipped.
The heating was very good.
One of the shower temperature controllers in the shared bathroom did not provide adequately hot water; it only produced lukewarm water. As I had already waited a considerable time to use the shared bathroom, there was not enough time before the 10:00 check-out to wait again for access to the other bathroom.
I also received several upselling messages before, during and around the stay, including offers of additional towels for £5 and late check-out at £30 per hour, with payment requested by cash or bank transfer. These were sent repeatedly by text message, WhatsApp and email which felt excessive. I would suggest limiting such messages to one communication through the booking platform or the guest’s preferred contact method.
Overall, the shower temperature and frequency of these messages detracted from the experience.
