Property was on the ground floor, beds were comfortable and warm with extra blankets provided, towels provided, close to town and our activities we had planned.
Nice place fit for purpose of our stay early check in and late check out we’re great
Host were very good at communicating with me
Thank you we would stay again
Need a good dust and deep clean ( bathroom floor you could see where the mopping had been done spiders and dust under the games table and in the corner by washing machine, toilet brush needed a clean and fridge seals had mould) towel rack in bathroom looked broken or ready to come off
Tv instructions need to be better typed out be better ( like after turning on press source to hdmi1 if it was just my 67 year old mother and 95 year old grandpa staying here like it was supposed to be they wouldn’t have a tv) and all the channels available or say on your web site to bring own connections for tv use or projector.
When upstairs people arrived you could hear them using the stairs and any movement above not a big thing but gave us a big fright the first night. One lounge chair should be at least 2.
There was self cleaning notes but we weren’t sure if we had to do so we did the dishes tidied up and took the rubbish that was all

Good location, short walk to town. Spacious and nice patio area. Fully equipped kitchen.
No WiFi!! Unusual for a place these days. Sofas were old and stained, very off putting. Seating for watching TV only comfortable for 2 people. Shower and toilet a bit stained/mouldy. Main bedroom linen cheap and not comfortable. Towels small and not good quality. There was an iron but no ironing board. Have to take all your rubbish with you or buy a prepaid bag.
