The hotel was in an ideal central location for shops, restaurants, places of interest and the waterfront. So much to do within easy walking distance
Couldn’t fault the welcome and the attentiveness of all the staff. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed. We were extremely pleased that the room was impeccably serviced each day.
The evening meal menu could have been more extensive and adventurous, although this did not bother us a we enjoy trying different local restaurants.
The air conditioning in the bar area made it a bit chilly in an evening when we returned for a drink, making it more pleasant to sit outside.

The anemities - the pool, the saunas were great (one didn't work though);
My meal at the restaurant was great;
The room was spacious and very clean;
The location is very central, only a two minute walk to large paid parking.
All was great

Location to the centre of Ponta Delgada, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast.
Being a four star hotel could have more in the bathroom like body lotion, shower cap etc .
