Spacious and comfortable and in a good location.
We were asked to clean all our dishes but the unit did not provide any dish towels.

The facilities are very clean, well-designed, and spacious. The location is excellent, with plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The amenities were also a nice added bonus.
Overall, it was a good experience.
The check-in process was a bit difficult because I did not receive the access code when I should have, which prevented me from obtaining my key as expected. However, the front desk leasing agent was very helpful and even allowed me to check in early, which helped make up for the inconvenience.
The check-out process was also challenging because I was unable to return the key as instructed due to another issue with the property's technology. I ultimately had to leave the key in the room with the door unlocked, but I called the staff to let them know, and they confirmed that this was acceptable.
There was also an issue with the bathroom shower. The hot and cold water controls were reversed, so when I thought I was turning on hot water, I was actually running cold water. As a result, I initially believed the water heater was not working. Maintenance responded promptly and was proactive about coming out to investigate. However, the issue was not clearly communicated to me at the time, and I was left under the impression that the problem had not been resolved. It was only after I contacted maintenance again that I learned they had already identified the reversed controls but had not informed me.
Overall, I appreciated the staff's assistance, responsiveness, and patience. However, there were several service and technology-related issues during my stay that would prevent me from giving the experience a 10 out of 10.
