Krakow is a beautiful, fascinating city. I’m glad I stayed long enough to see it, although I feel there’s much more to k

Very comfortable, clean, convenient, well located. It is an efficiency, so minimal kitchenette facilities, but that was adequate for me. Good communication with management team. They cleaned and changed the towels mid-stay at no extra cost.

I had an extended stay (6 nights) and was given an apartment that faced the noisy street. The air was very heavy with cleaning products and the only way to ventilate was to open windows to the street where people could see in, and cars/buses, etc. were passing at all hours. Had I known this was a possibility, I would have requested an interior room.

With earplugs only

The place is very clean and cozy, and the hosts provided detailed instructions on how to get there.

Unfortunately, it's like the wall to the neighboring apartment is made of cardboard - I could hear the people staying there so well as if I was sharing a room with them. Importantly, they were not speaking loudly, they were talking normally, still I could hear them well even during the day, let alone at night. Also, I needed to air out the apartment when I came and the only option was to open the windows. It's located on the ground floor, and there's pavement right next to the building; there isn't any sort of grass strip between where people walk and the house, so everyone passes right by you. Not only is it noisy, that's also actually uncomfortable.

Well located small apartment

The location is very good; it’s close to the historic city center. The apartment is clean and cozy, and check-in went smoothly. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hosts were accommodating and offered me an additional cleaning service (for a one-week stay).

The apartment is much smaller than I expected. Traffic on the street is quite noisy, and morning traffic might wake you up. The Wi-Fi was less stable than usual.

SMALL APARTMENT POIRLY CLEANED BUT WELL SITUATED

Good situation a d silent place

The WC was dirty and all in the bathroom clogges: the washbasin, the shower and even for one time the toilet
