Free upgrade when we found out there was no soap lake water to our room (we were expecting to have this and it is the reason we chose here)
The upgraded room has a view of the lake, parking next to us. The tub fits two people!
Bed sheets cotton quilt (absorbs excess sweat) and extra sheet if cold.
Inside paint job good, clean lines.
No filtered water for the diy coffee and coffee pack expired 4 years ago
Need more non skid protection after bathing in the lake water (slippery)
Had to unplug the phone jack to free up an outlet for my CPAP machine.
USB/electric outlets would help free up plug in space for phone/battery bank charging.
Outdoor table and chair looks like they need a fresh professionally done paint restoration (sun/oxygen fading is starting to show, don't spray can over).
Some wall switch cover plates need replacement.

Such a great location and all staff were welcoming and so friendly. Great coffee in the morning with a fun assortment of carbs, fruit and yogurt for breakfast😉 The warm Lake minerals in the bathtub!
The hot tubs were not working by our place and the ones that were need some maintenance of covers.

Peaceful location and a very relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The property was well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
There wasn’t much we didn’t like. Everything was good for a short relaxing getaway. But, The access to Soap Lake was not well developed or maintained. There was no proper beach area or convenient setup for guests to enjoy the lake. We also missed having an outdoor shower near the lake to rinse off after swimming or using the mineral water. This would make the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable.

Outdated facilities, landscaping, non working equipment- no sauna, one lukewarm hot tub.
