Expérience malheureusement décevante

L'appartement est proche des arrêtes de bus et à 15 mns de la plage. Il est traversant et offre une belle luminosité.

10 minutes avant d'arriver à l'appartement, le propriétaire me signale qu'il ne faut pas utiliser la douche de la salle de bain principale, parce qu'elle fuit chez le voisin du dessous. Le problème était connu bien avant notre réservation, je trouve ça désagréable de ne pas avoir été prévenu en amont. Dès l'entrée dans l'appartement, en accrochant un Kway sur le porte manteau mural, le porte manteau me reste dans les mains. Il tenait par 2 minis clous. Il y a des lampes disposées ça et là dans le salon et dans les chambres, mais non branchées parce qu'il n'y a pas de prise électrique disponible. Soit les multiprises sont pleines, soit les prises sont trop éloignées de la lampe. Au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine, il y a une vielle marmite en téflon complètement rayée (dangereux), deux vieilles poêles en inox et pas de casserole. J'ai l'habitude de prendre des locations à Dunkerque, et là, clairement, le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas. Le beau temps nous permettait de faire une circulation d'air dans l'appartement, ce qui enlevait les odeurs d'humidité présentes à notre arrivée, mais s'il faut fermer les fenêtres, l'odeur est très présente. Il s'agit d'une maison de pécheur morcelées en plusieurs appartement comme ça se fait régulièrement à Dunkerque, mais là, les marches sont extrêmement raides et étroites. L'appartement ne convient pas à des personnes ayant des enfants en bas âge ou des personnes dites seniors.
