Very poor

Location and rooftop views

The door was damaged from being smashed in, door handle hanging off, the electrics were a disgrace and could not even switch the kettle on without the whole apartment tripping out. WiFi did not work. Messaged property manager, fobbed off.

Disgusting, dirty, smelly.

Absolutely nothing

Where to start. Smell, dirty, the furniture is full of stains, mattresses also stained for what appears to be body fluids , loose and exposed wires, don’t get full by the views, and the pictures in their adverts , whom ever did them, it needs photography award,on hiding how disgusting the place is.

Great view, but poorly maintained and unsafe.

Great view and location, but overshadowed by poor maintenance, lack of privacy, plumbing problems and serious safety and security concerns.

The apartment had several serious maintenance, safety, and cleanliness issues. The main room has no door, so there is no privacy. The furniture throughout the apartment is very worn and poorly maintained. The couch was broken and ripped, the cushions were torn, and the dresser in the main room was falling apart to the point that we considered it a safety hazard. There was also a crack in one of the balcony windows. Both bathrooms had plumbing issues. The shower’s glass divider was loose and not properly secured, with no adequate seal at the bottom, causing water to flood the bathroom while showering. In the bathroom in the common area, flushing the toilet also caused water to flood onto the floor. The main bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt very cheap, with the springs clearly noticeable. The balcony doors did not seem to close securely and would repeatedly slam during windy nights despite being “closed.” Security was another major concern. The apartment’s main door did not feel secure, and the building’s entrance had a broken window that appeared to allow someone to reach through and open the entrance door. We also had concerns about the condition of the electrical system. The apartment was poorly equipped as well. There was no dish soap or paper towels, we found a dirty dish stored inside the cupboard, and there was no TV. Overall, aside from the view and location, the condition of the property was disappointing and several of the maintenance and safety issues need urgent attention.

The worst Booking experience ever

My worst experience during years using Booking.com for family vacations and business trips: Check-in later than promised without any info, revealed harsh reality of basement apartment did not match what is promised in the offer on Booking where no basement option is mentioned. Old used furniture and beds, bad ventilation, not working wifi, equipment does not match what is advertised for four people (not enough glasses and cups, no towel hangers or drying rack), broken doors and absolutely lack of the communication and the will from owners about solutions (no responses to Boooking messages and phones being picked up once in five calls). They evidently bet on the only positive thing: building is next to the beach.

Gostei da localização do apartamento. Era espaçoso e razoavelmente confortável.

Não gostei de ouvir a porta de entrada sempre a bater, durante a noite. A Porta estava visivelmente estragada e ruidosa ao abrir. Pequenos problemas que surgiram no apartamento 5 como a falha da eletricidade foi resolvida, e a chave foi entregue pela menina da limpeza, porque não se encontrava no cofre. O televisor precisou de uma extensão. Pequenos problemas que foram resolvidos de imediato. O que mais me incomodou foi o barulho de alguns hospedes em altas horas da noite.
