En résumé : je ne recommande PAS DU TOUT

L'emplacement au coeur du centre ville de St brieuc et à 15 min à pieds de la gare ferroviaire. La cuisine était également bien équipée, four, grand frigo, plaques etc..

Beaucoup trop de choses ! 1. Surtout le BRUIT ! Peu de personnes en ont parlé, mais l’insonorisation avec l’appartement du dessus est horrible : on entend chaque pas, avec de gros “boums” qui font même vibrer l’appartement. On a l’impression d’être dans un logement en carton, sans parler des forts grincements du parquet. Le bruit était vraiment invivable, au point que nous avons voulu écourter notre séjour de deux nuits à une seule, mais le propriétaire a malheureusement refusé. 2. À notre arrivée, il y avait beaucoup de taches dans les draps et dans le lit, considérées comme “propres” par le propriétaire lorsque nous lui en avons fait part, ainsi que des poils (sans aucune réponse à ce sujet). 3. Une odeur de moisi/renfermé dans l’appartement, et surtout dans les draps : même en aérant, l’odeur ne partait pas. 4. L’appartement présente des trous/impacts (certains très gros) et tâches un peu partout dans les murs. 5. L’appartement est infesté de fourmis rouges, y compris dans la chambre près du lit ! Nous n’avons pourtant ni mangé dans l’appartement ni laissé traîner quoi que ce soit qui pourrait l’expliquer. 6. La literie est catastrophique : coussins très fins, à peine rembourrés, donc très inconfortables, et matelas également extrêmement inconfortable. 7. Radiateurs en mode “éco”, ce qui est très bien en soi, mais durant notre séjour ils étaient allumés la journée (quand nous n’étions pas là) et éteints le soir et la nuit (quand nous étions présents), ce qui faisait que nous avions froid, sans possibilité de les régler. 8. Heure d’arrivée assez tardive (16h00), à prendre en compte. Étant arrivés tôt à Saint-Brieuc, l’attente a été longue avec une valise (supplément monétaire demandé pour arriver plus tôt). 9. À la fin de la réservation, envoi de messages pour demander de mettre une note de 10/10...
