A modern building set slightly back from the street which is a modern touch. Keycard entry service with a restaurant on the 1st floor which although not part of the property management but you can order from them. Rooms are very modern & surprisingly spacious with a comfy bed and good facilities including a high end washer/drier. The balcony is huge too. Rooms are cleaned every 4 days which you can adjust to suit yourself. Tony the host is superb as well. He gives you his contact details and you can txt him about anything
Honestly, there’s nothing to dislike. Only thing I’d say is because it has such a large balcony some better outdoor furniture and some greenery would finish this property off perfectly. It does have 2 seats and a small side table.

This place was a good find - a serviced one bedroom apartment with balcony, in a side soi only a minutes walk from the main entertainment area and Sukhumvit Rd, maybe a 10 min walk to Nana BTS. Soi was (for central Bangkok) relatively quiet .Next door were restaurants and bars, plus bigger hotels, but nothing hectic. The complex is pretty small - I never saw another guest - and spotlessly clean. I didn't see anyone at the small outdoor pool either, had that to myself. The office staff just seem to turn up to give you your keys (I had to leave them with the security guard on check out). It's very private, but secure key access to get in, use lift etc. Apartment has a wasking machine, plus microwave and hotplate, and a small dining table.

Die Lage sowie eine moderne und saubere , recht neue Ausstattung,
Es war ziemlich lat bis spät in die Nacht, darüber hinaus noch eine Baustelle im Haus zu meiner Reisezeit! War im Vorfeld nicht an mich kommuniziert
