The location is perfect, just a 10/15 minute walk from both haymarket and Waverley stations. Just around the corner from the castle and another quick walk to princes street. 3 good size bedrooms and 2 clean bathrooms ( 1 en-suite), it suited our group of 6 to a tee. The host of the property also communicated brilliantly with the check in. Plenty of shops and bars close by, with a 24hr shop just across the road.

Great spacious apartment within easy access to Edinburgh City centre. All the rooms are double size, bright and airy. Very clean bathrooms & kitchen diner. Very comfy beds, one of the cleanest apartments I've been in.
This is a busy area so can hear street noises at night but didn't bother us.
Local shops & restaurants are literally on the doorstep!
Not suitable if you're unable to get up flights of stairs to the apartment.

Location was good for Tattoo and restaurants
Curtains in twin room are see through and could do with being full length and blackout.
No freezer compartment in the fridge.

Very smart. Nicely decorated and furnished. Clean and fresh.
We got the wrong code for the keybox.
No ice box in the fridge so couldn´t refreeze freezer packs and no ice for G´n´T´s!
Because the icebox was missing bottles of liquid froze. Needs a new fridge!
Ño hot water. Could not figure the heating control so we had to take turns in the electric shower.
No mood lighting. All the rooms have very bright ceiling spotlights. 1 lamp in bedroom but lightbulb faulty. Lamps and/or dimmer switches would soften the ambience.
