Welcoming staff on arrival . Excellent communication throughout . Nice anniversary surprise in our room and thank you for anniversary cake . Staff Livin, Shani,Dila,Intan,Ari,JJand Ebbi all very helpful . The infiniti pool was very good and clean. Will stay again in the same hotel .
The excursion trip was good , however its recommended those who have never done snorkelling before , hould have been provided small traning how to use the oxygen mask and breathing technique .
