New one modern
Distance from facilities, no parking on site as it was a construction zone, TV remote didn’t work, no ironing facilities in room. Asked for an iron was told we could get one and it never arrived.

The room was great and the bed was really comfy! However the view was the parking lot which we did not see on the booking
As there was no parking available on site we had to park at the shopping centre parking that was available. We were not charged for this however had to uber to the parking garage and from it to get to the hotel as it was too far to walk. We had to pay for the uber.

The location was fine for the purpose we were there - felt safe walking around.
didn't like that we were there for 6 nights and was not advised that it was a construction site outside our balcony. we could not change our room due to a long weekend- very disappointed. if we had known we would have booked elsewhere - lesson learnt.
