Location and comfort
The dishwasher was full when we arrived and we were unsure if it was clean or dirty. Needed more tissue boxes.

Good location. Walkable to the harbor, restaurants, etc. Wonderful town with lots of great shops, restaurants and beautiful to walk around.
This is called a hotel, but it's an Airbnb. There are no hotel amenities available, like getting enough towels for the three of us. One of the three towels left for us in the room was dirty. There was free parking a couple blocks away, but since we had a handicapped person with us and a lot of luggage, we parked in the lot right next to the "hotel."
There was no signage for the lot so we thought we were fine but ended up getting a parking ticket. Not a big deal and completely our fault- honestly, it was worth the $20 ticket to park there.

The location and the quality of the guest room was terrific. I actually enjoyed the "independence" of it. It felt like an apartment.
The broken window pane in the front door was unsettling and there was no view from either window. Parking was hard to find and if I'd been alone, not ideal.

"The location was excellent and it was a very cute apartment. We had been traveling for a week from Vermont to Maine and this was the nicest place we stayed for the same price as the other stops ."
