Great experience, safe, close to city centre, staff are nice, rooms are cleaned everyday. Though room is a bit small in size but in very good condition. Complementary breakfast available.

I would like to make a complaint regarding my check-in experience at your hotel on Saturday night.
I arrived at the hotel very late, almost at midnight, with my two daughters. After the receptionist gave us the room cards and we were heading to the elevator, she called me back and said that my booking was only for two adults.
I explained to her that I had booked the room for three adults. However, she continued insisting that the booking was for only two adults.
As we were extremely tired after our journey, I asked her what we should do. She told me that I had to pay extra money. I showed her the message confirming that I should not pay any additional charges, but she ignored it and continued insisting on extra payment.
I asked if I could speak with the manager, but she replied that she was the manager.
Because it was very late and we were exhausted, I did not want to continue arguing or create a bad situation. I asked how much I needed to pay. First, she said 20 dollars per night, then changed it to 20 euros per night. In the end, I paid 55 euros .
I believe this extra charge was unfair, and I would like to request a full refund of the 55 euros I was forced to pay.
I would also appreciate it if you could investigate the receptionist’s behavior and handling of the situation.
I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.
