Hell. The worst place. Tons of ants with a broken refrigerator and a lying owner.
Wow, you wrote full of lies. I'm very shocked.
You said I arrived at 3pm but it was 4pm.
I had to call you because I was given a wrong code. I have the call history.
Yes, I've arrived 1 hour before but not 2 hours before. Don't lie.
And on the phone, you were agreed that I could just leave my suitcase. And you also told me that I could get in if the room was ready.
Even if I had arrived 1 hour later, would that have made a difference?
The room cleaning was finished by the time I got there. And there were already tons of ants when I got in.
And if I had been given the correct code I wouldn't have had to pay for the unnecessary phone call.
You say your email address was incorrect, but it was the contact information that was automatically sent to me by Booking when the reservation was processed. It's none of my fault. I can't send photos from my cell phone so I sent them from my email address. I cannot be blamed for this.
Eitherway, the insecticide spray which the cleaning lady brought on Monday evening was completely useless, as you could see yourself on Tuesday evening.
You told me to find another place to stay on Monday, so I immediately contacted Booking and asked them to find an alternative place to stay, but they told me to wait while they talk to you. You said I refused to change the accommodation but it's a lie again. I never ever refused it because I wanted to move out immediately but Booking told me to wait until you respond to the refund request.
They kept telling me to wait for the reply from you, and finally they told me that you've refused the refund. And it was Saturday. So I left the room a day earlier than planned because I was sick of the ants.
Do you think that just because there were no ants on the bed when you came,
they never got on the bed? I have pictures that prove there were ants on the bed. They had even made their way into my suitcase and that was kept near the kitchen.
They were crawling all over my body, and I deserve to be compensated for this discomfort.
And now you insult me by adding the lie that food was scattered throughout the dwelling.
As I said at the beginning, there were tons of ants there from the moment I arrived and opened the door, and I took pictures immediately after arriving. Given the time, it is clear that their infestation was not caused by me.
I mailed you about the lack of hand soap in advance, but the cleaning lady left only the insecticide spray and left, so I asked her again to refill the soap, and she went to her room to get it and then came back to my room. I had to ask twice just for the soap.
I'm glad I didn't complaing on the phone because I have all the evidence and photos of the complaints I sent to Booking and you every day from 2nd to 9th March. This is proof that you are lying.
I am currently consulting with a lawyer to sue you, and to make me refund.
You even lied about the fridge not being broken. I can't believe it. I have decided to claim additional compensation not only for the discomfort caused by the ants, but also for the food that was put in the fridge and had to be disposed of.
It was already broken when I arrived. How can you lie like that when you weren't even there at the time?
I got angry because you made it sound like I was the cause of the ant infestation. And you were the one who yelled at me first because I complained by email instead of by phone. I complained to Booking about your attitude right after this phone call, so it's on record.
I feel so bad for the baby you are conceiving for having such a lying mother.
I only wrote the facts, but you added a lot of lies and insulted me, so it will be advantageous in the upcoming court case. Your lying answer is also important evidence, thank you.
Don't ever think you can get away with not taking any responsibility.
