Location close to metro, bus and train connections. Within walking distance of attractions in both 5th and 6th. Movie theater and grocery store at end of block. Above one way narrow street with very little traffic - exceptionally quiet at night. Apartment small (Murphy bed) but well laid out. Light filled, hot water, washer/dryer and plenty of appliances.
Quick responses from manager. Elevator much appreciated as we were several flights up. Read the house guide and view YouTube videos on operating equipment (with translation as needed) to fully utilize everything.
Small items relayed to manager who seemed to appreciate the suggested improvements. Facility a little over the top for a one or two night stay but we were there for a week and were happy to find an apartment in that location that fit our criteria and price range. We have been traveling internationally for several years now and regret the new trend in renovating the interior rooms of a historical buildings - design wise lacking in charm but very efficient.

I like the location. Close to lots of restaurants. It was roomy for Paris and had all we needed
The lift didn’t always open on our floor. So you went down and walked up a flight

Amazing location. Apartment was big enough as well. Managers were very quick with communication. The lift was a bonus in an old building. Location is close to metro, restaurants and a short walk to Notre Dame
Have to say only one lounge chair is a bit lacking when there would usually be two people

Top Lage, schnelle Antworten vom Vermieter. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Super Informationen vor der Anreise.
Spärliche Ausstattung mit Geschirr.
Die Heizung war bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur absolut an ihrer Leistungsgrenze.
