Large windows fill the open living area with light and frame the water, and the sunsets are the main event. The suite is the first floor of a waterfront home with its own private entrance. The owners use the upstairs only when no guests are booked, so the property is yours during your stay.

• A grab bar helps with getting in and out, but it can be tricky for anyone with mobility issues, so please check the bathroom photos before booking

THE BEACH & OUTDOORS
A quiet lane, barely wide enough for two cars, runs between the house and your private beach. Please use caution crossing.
• Covered porch right outside the front door, with seating to take in the water view
• Front lawn and a private patio
• Gas BBQ (fine to use during burn bans)
• Adirondack chairs you can carry down to the beach
• Two kayaks with life jackets (sign the waiver in the white folder first)

GUEST ACCESS & HOUSE NOTES
The first-floor suite, covered front porch, lawn, patio and private beach are yours to enjoy. The upper deck and the upstairs are off-limits, and the upper deck is monitored by an exterior camera.
The beach fire pit is welcome when there's no burn ban. Summer burn bans are common, so please check with the Bainbridge Island Fire Department before lighting a fire. The propane BBQ is fine to use during a burn ban.
Please bring chairs, kayaks and anything else back up from the beach each day, since the tide can carry things away, and leave no trash on the beach. Please clean the BBQ after use with the tools provided.
To use the kayaks, sign the liability waiver in the white folder on the side table and send a photo or PDF to Michelle for the lock code. Wear life jackets, take care crossing the street, and return and lock the kayaks and jackets beside the house when you're done.
Pets: one dog under 50 lbs is welcome, and a $115 pet fee applies. Please add your dog to your reservation.

I loved waking up in the big bed & looking out at the water, hearing the waves lapping. Going to bed at night was also delightful, seeing the lights on the opposite shore. High quality bed linens, comfy mattress & pillows. I had some issues with the WiFi & they bright WiFi boosters over that solved it, very responsive. I may have been their first guest of the season & arrived to a broken table on front porch, cleaning there needed. Again, great response & someone was sent over to take care of it plus mow the lawn. I've told all my friends how delightful my stay was!

We had a great stay at this house and truly couldn’t beat the view! The house was stocked with everything we needed and communication with Michelle, our host, was super quick and easy :) Loved the nice little touch of having clean bath robes to use, hanging in each bedroom:) we would definitely recommend staying here when you’re on Bainbridge Island!
