A beautifully and comfortably furnished 1-room vacation apartment for 1–3 guests, in a quiet location with access to a park, kitchen, and parking.
Our one-room vacation apartment was completely renovated (2020) and is located on Salinenstraße (across from the Russian Orthodox Church, behind the Fränkische Saale riverbank and the pedestrian zone) in a quiet area, just a 5- to 10-minute walk from downtown. The apartment is 35 square meters in size and is located on the third floor of an apartment building with an elevator. The vacation apartment consists of a living room (TV, dining table, comfortable pull-out armchair that converts into a bed, 80x200, for 1 additional person), a bed (160x200), wardrobe, dresser), a new, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, dishes, dish towels, dish soap), and a bathroom (with bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, and soap, disinfectant), iron, ironing board, safe, and vacuum cleaner. Towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided.
A bar, restaurant, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, post office, and savings bank branch are within a 7-minute walk.
A supermarket is an 8-minute walk away in Spitzwiese.
A bus stop is 30 meters away. Bicycles can be stored in the basement (upon request).
A visitor’s tax is charged in the Bavarian State Baths: 4.00 EUR per person/night; for business purposes, 2.00 EUR per person/night; this must be paid on site.
