You can reach the center of Oberstdorf in 10 minutes by car or bus.
You’ll receive the free Allgäu-Walser Pass, which gives you access to many discounts as well as free use of public transportation. The world-famous ski jump is just a few minutes away.
You can reach the Breitachklamm, one of the area’s most famous attractions, on foot.
The same goes for the Geißberg, from whose summit you’ll enjoy a sensational view of the Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal mountains.

“Waldbaden” vacation apartment in Haus Falkenberg:

In our cozy “Waldbaden” apartment, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Free parking is available in front of the house. (The bus stop is just a two-minute walk away.)
You can easily reach the 3rd floor via the spacious stairwell or the elevator.
The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. (Including a variety of books on the topic of forest bathing.
It is equipped with a kitchenette (sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, and microwave), so you can prepare your own meals if needed.
There are five sleeping spots available for you and your loved ones or friends (1 double bed 140x200 cm, a pull-out sofa bed 140x200 cm, and a daybed 85x190 cm). Of course, there’s also high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV.
In the basement of the house—also accessible by stairs or elevator—you’ll find coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a drying room. The spacious swimming pool is available to you daily at no charge, and the sauna twice a week.
Would you like to use the sauna outside of these hours as a private sauna? That’s also possible for a small fee.
Of course, the building also features a bike storage room and a security room. Not to mention a fitness room, a table tennis room, and a foosball room. We’ve got everything you could want...
If needed—and with advance notice—we’ll be happy to provide you with a travel crib and a travel high chair free of charge...



On-site costs: A deposit of up to of the total price will be charged after booking. Payment must be made via bank transfer prior to arrival. Free cancellation is not available. Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (check-in until 10:00 p.m. is possible via the key box). Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via the key box. Pets are not allowed. A crib or high chair is available free of charge upon request. A tourist tax of €4.15 per person (ages 16 and up) per night and €3.55 (ages 10–15) per night will be charged additionally. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for a fee. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, and Wi-Fi. Camping sites are available free of charge, subject to availability.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
