Living room: A convivial space with a double sofa bed, TV screen and modern decor for convivial moments.
Kitchen: An open-plan kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, oven and Nespresso machine.
Bedrooms: Three bedrooms with comfortable double beds and quality bed linen.
Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with all the necessary amenities.
Toilets: Two toilets, one in a bathroom and the other separate.
Terrace: A terrace for relaxing moments.
Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, iron, Wi-Fi access included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The building is right next to a metro entrance: passing trains can be heard inside as a low rumble, along with city noise when the windows are open. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account.
* The apartment is on the first floor (one flight up) with no lift: the front door opens onto the street and leads straight to a steep staircase. Carrying luggage up takes some effort, and access is not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
On the plus side, you will have 90 m² (about 970 sq ft) of air-conditioned space in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, a short walk from the Marais with the metro right outside the building, with three bedrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.
However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.

Host Julianne was wonderful to work with and gave prompt friendly communication. The apartment door is about 15 steps away from the stairway going down to the Metro M3. Apartment was clean and in great working order. Bedding was comfortable as well. Although the European front door lock is much different than those in the US, we got it figured out. Lol.
