الاستقبال والنظافه واللطافه والإطلالة بشكل عام المكان مره جميل ويستاهل الزياره مره أخرى جميل ونظيف ومرتب وحتى السعر مناسب جدا

حدث مشكلة معي تحديد التاريخ خطأ وطلبت بإلغاء مجاني لتعديل التاريخ وتمديد وتعديل التاريخ ولكنهم لم يوافقوا ع طلبي وكنت مستاء من هذه المسأله لكسب الزبون ولكن بشكل عام موظفون الاستقبال كانوا لطيفين معي ومرحبون

Location

I was given a room where the air conditioner was making a very loud noise and the wardrobe was broken. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was fully booked. I was eventually given another room, but as soon as I went to bed, I noticed that the pillows were in terrible condition. I was so exhausted that I fell asleep anyway. The next day, I requested fresh bedsheets and pillowcases. While trying to sleep, I could hear the noise from the neighbouring room until the early morning. The rooms are not properly soundproofed, making it very difficult to sleep peacefully. The coffee machine was also broken. The staff member tried to fix it, then decided to replace it, which took a very long time while I was waiting to leave. In addition, the bathroom drain was blocked. Whenever I used the shower, the water overflowed and flooded the entire bathroom. My room was directly opposite the hotel’s garbage room, which was very unpleasant. Although the hotel operates on an apartment-style system with kitchen facilities, food delivery drivers are not allowed to bring orders up to the rooms. Guests have to go downstairs themselves to collect their food, and the hotel staff will not deliver it either. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. There were multiple maintenance issues, poor sound insulation, and inconvenient service arrangements. This hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it unless these issues are addressed.
