Worst check-in experience

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a Booking.com reservation. I booked a studio "with a kitchenette". When I arrived, the host gave me a completely different studio "without a kitchenette". I had already carried my two big heavy bags there, so I went back to him and he gave me the keys to another studio. I carried my two heavy bags there AGAIN, only to find that the “kitchenette” had no cooker and no kitchenware. So basically, it was useless. I called him and asked him to come and sort it out. Instead of coming quickly to resolve the problem, he delayed, so I eventually had to go downstairs myself to look for him. While I was downstairs, he finally went to the studio and started "screaming at my mom", telling her that I had booked a studio without a kitchenette. He even told her to "get out of the studio". Then came the worst part: he told me that if I wanted the kitchenette, I had to "pay extra money", otherwise I had to leave. Seriously? I had already booked and paid for a studio "with a kitchenette". After making me move around with two heavy bags, he suddenly wanted more money for something that was already included in my booking. I refused. I’d rather leave than be treated like that, so I took my bags and went looking for another place. The whole situation was extremely stressful and frustrating, especially because I was travelling with my mother. What should have been a simple check-in turned into a complete nightmare. Definitely not an experience that I recommend.
