bonjour , cela tombe bien que vous m envoyer ce document a remplir, nous avons perdu 3 j de nos vacance , la personne sur place que nous n avons j amais vu, nous a balader de tour en tour , avec des attente interminable pour l acces , la premiere tour ne corresponder pas a ce que l on avait choisis , deux jour plus tard il nous redeplacer dans une la tour mayfer , la bonne sauf que ce n etait pas le bon appartement , nous etions deja tres mécontent mais la c'était le pompon , le gars nous a dit dans un premier temp le gars nous a dit qu il y avait un probleme electrique , ensuite lors du demenagement suivant ,c etait un autres problemes , nous avons du attendre 1h de plus pour entrer , supefaction quand nous somme arriveé la netoyeuse mangait son takeay a son aise , la porte etait entrouverte nous somme entree , elle a rigoler sans terminer son netoyage , le netoyage et la proprete ainsi que la vetuste n enparlon pas horible nous avons les photos et video ,le pire c'est quand nous nous sommes apercu que l appartement en question que nous devions louer ete louer depuis deux jour par un rbnb , j ai donc decider d aller fraper a la porte , efectivement une famille avait bien louer , j ai enregistrer toute la conversation et meme filme l interieur de l appartement avec le locataire , j aimerai que quelqu un me tel pour lui expliquer en detail , 0032475940725 si cela ne fonctionne pas wattsap 0032475940725 , nous sommes client chez booking depuis des annees et avons depenser enormement d argent evc booking j espere avoir un appel de votre part . merci a vous
