The room was clean and looked nice, and so did the bathroom. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was okay, close to the bus and metro stations, although it's about a 20-minute walk to the center (Monastiraki). The self check-in was easy.
What bothered us most was the towels.
Before booking, we asked whether towels would be changed during a 5-night stay and were told yes, at least once. This never happened. We only received one large towel and one face towel each on the first day, which isn't enough if you shower daily.
The bathroom bin is too small. Since toilet paper can't be flushed, it filled up within the first two days, and because nobody came to change the bag, it smelled bad for the rest of our stay. A bigger bin and toilet paper provided according to the length of stay would help. One roll for two people for five nights isn't enough
The AC didn't work well for the first few days, until we cleaned the dust filter ourselves. After that, it was fine. The hair dryer is small and overheats quickly, then won't turn back on until it cools down. With long hair, drying takes forever, so a more powerful one would make a big difference. One of the wall hooks was loose and not very stable.
The walls are quite thin, and you can hear everyone in the hallway, the building and the lift.

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Very trendy decor, would book again
As my room was in front of the elevator , I could hear people getting out every time, even late at night. A bit annoying but wasn’t that bad honestly

Beautiful interiors, large space, fast wifi and sufficient kitchen
The lift’s sound starting and stopping at the floors were very disturbing, even with earplugs and noice cancelling headphones ! If you’re a light sleeper-avoicd ( staff did warn the rooms are closed to elevator and staircase ) but did not expect this bad, especially during morning and night time me.
Location wise - best to do your homework about the neighbourhood.
Walking from and back to the hotel is always greeted with graffitis and urine smell on the streets.
